How do I request a Service or Repair?

To report a fault with your Luxal windows or doors, or to book a service, you must do the following:

  • Notify us in writing by email within 2 days of noticing any fault
  • Include in your email a copy of the original order
  • Include a copy of the warranty held
  • Include a detailed description of the exact nature of the fault
  • Include photos of the fault as requested by the customer care representative
